Basic / MP3
Usually a non-exclusive license providing an MP3 file for permitted uses under the relevant agreement.
Premium / WAV
Usually provides higher-quality audio and expanded permissions, subject to the chosen agreement.
Stems / Trackouts
May include separated instruments for mixing and arrangement. Permissions must be explicitly defined.
Sound kits / Loops
Require separate terms governing incorporation into musical works, resale of individual samples, redistribution and sample clearance.
Exclusive rights
Exclusive productions are handled by direct inquiry until Ferhan approves an exclusive-sale contract and inventory workflow.
Copyright remains with its holder unless a signed agreement clearly states otherwise. Downloads do not automatically convey ownership.
